We are building EduLadder(ELADR) - Protocol

The Eladr Protocol is a decentralized, security and efficiency enhanced Web3 noSQL database powered by IPFS as the data storage layer https://ipfs.io/, and the Cardano block chain as the rewards token platform, https://cardano.org/. It provides a JSON based, IPFS layer 2 solution for data indexing and retrieval in an 'append only' file system built with open source Node.js API libraries.

The ELADR token was designed to incentivize and reward community members as a proof of contribution. Token holders are also granted access to EduLadder.com premium features as well as associated ELADR token enabled apps.

OBJECTIVE
The objective of this course is to acquaint students with the banking technology and
their recent developments. Also it will enhance the students with live picture of modern
banking concepts and Techniques.

Unit 1: BRANCH OPERATION AND CORE BANKING

Introduction and evolution of bank management – Technological impact in banking
operation – Total branch computerization – Concept of opportunities – Centralized banking
– Concept, opportunities, challenges and implementation

Unit 2: DELIVERY CHANNELS

Over of delivery channels – Automated Teller machine (ATM) – Phone banking – call
centers – Internet banking – Mobile banking – Payment gateways – Card technologies –
MICR electronic clearing

Unit 3. BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS
10 Hours
Bank back office management – Inter branch reconciliation – Treasury management –
Forex operations – Risk management – Data center management – Network management
– Knowledge management (MIS/DSS/EIS) – Customer relationship management (CRM).

Unit 4. INTER BANK PAYMENT SYSTEM

Interface with payment system network – structured financial messaging system –
Electronic fund transfer – RTGSS – Negotiated dealing systems and securities settlement
systems – Electronic Money – E-cheques.

Unit 5. CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN BANKING TECHNIQUES
